A by-the-numbers look at the Bucs' 28-21 win over the Chargers:


Last time the Bucs had seven wins through 12 games. They finished 10-6 that season but missed the playoffs.


Last time the Bucs won four games in a row. The last time they won five straight? The Super Bowl-winning season of 2002.


Record for Bucs, entering Sunday, in games in which they've allowed at least 21 points.


Record for Bucs in road games. Only two teams have won more away games (Patriots and Cowboys are 6-0).


Quarterback rating for San Diego's Philip Rivers after the first quarter. He had a perfect 158.3 rating in the first.

Receiving yards for tight end Cameron Brate, the most on the Bucs. That's also a career high. He caught six of nine targets.

Consecutive games in which Lavonte David has recorded a takeaway. In the third quarter Sunday, the Bucs linebacker returned a Rivers pass for the second touchdown of his career. He forced a fumble against the Seahawks last week and against the Chiefs the week before.
